Angela D. Curtis - Quintero
Attorney at Law

Angela began her career in 2000 when she went to work at the Ventura County District Attorney's Office in the Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Unit where she assisted victims of Domestic Violence in the prosecution of their alleged abusers.  Angela later went into private practice & has owned her own law firm since 2002.

Angela went on to teach as a part time adjunct Professor at Oxnard College in the Paralegal Studies Program & was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the Academic Advisory Committee. She also sat on the hiring committee at Oxnard College interviewing new Professor Applicants.  Angela took it upon herself to design a new curriculum to improve the academic knowledge of the program's participants,

which started her career at Oxnard College.

Angela served on the Board of Directors for the City Center Transitional Housing Program in Ventura, California, providing housing & independence-building resources to homeless families with children. 100% of the graduates of the City Center are off of all public assistance.  For many years she served on the Board of Directors for Tender Life Maternity Home in Ventura, California, as well.

Noticing a need for Grant Writers in Ventura County, Angela applied to the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Certification in Grant Proposal Writing.

Angela recently released her first movie as Executive Producer called "TRADE" on 17 streaming platforms, which is inspired by a true story of a married lawyer who was living life as a gay prostitute behind his wife's back. The movie is controversial, edgy & contains shocking content at times, but depicts the unfortunate struggles that some transgender and cross-dressing individuals have endured, as well as their innocent spouses whom have been misled.  She also previously had a talk-show that she left to pursue other projects.

In her free time, Angela is writing a movie script & a mini-series for her next projects. She is a Registered Writer though the Writer's Guild of America-West.  She enjoys time with friends, family, music, cooking, working out, dance, yoga, painting & anything that sparks the creative side of her brain. She has a love of animals & the ocean.

Angela has a passion for protecting children from family conflict & adult abuse.  She attempts to work with the parents to come to peaceful resolutions for the sake of the children.
